Should the raffle not be successful, we will take the following steps to ensure the fulfillment of our commitment to the intended beneficiaries:

In the event that the raffle does not generate the required funds, the home will be put on the market for sale.

 

Once sold, the proceeds from the sale will first be used to pay-off the remaining balance of the home.

After settling the home’s balance, the remaining funds will be donated to Fresh Beginnings. These funds will be used to support the intended beneficiaries, providing them with a fresh beginning and the support they need.

We deeply appreciate your support of our vision and mission. Your contribution, whether through participation in the raffle or other means, helps us to achieve our goals and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we aim to assist.
